Front Desk Receptionist (3/4 Time)
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work Mondays & Wednesdays from 8:30 AM to 3 PM.
- Must be able to work Tuesdays & Thursdays from Noon to 5:30 PM.
- Must be able to work Fridays from 8 to 1:30 PM.
- Must be able to work some Tuesday mornings and some Wednesday afternoons for hosting seminars.
- Must be self driven and proactive

Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:
·Greeting and checking patients in and out on a consistent basis, ensuring patient satisfaction and keeping the practice running smoothly.
·Answering all incoming calls and make outbound calls responding to patients who asked for information about treatment and scheduling.
·Track Key Progressive Indicators (goals and outcomes) for the different positions within the clinic. Help the clinic make decisions on training, hiring, allocating funds, etc. accordingly.
· Keeping track of and ordering office and patient supplies
·Other duties as assigned by practice manager or practice administrator
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
