Job Description
Monitor work performance and delegate work assignments to kitchen sanitation staff. Ensure adherence with company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and safety and sanitation regulations.

Maintain written record of shift activities.

Inspect all operational areas at the conclusion of shift to verify work standards are met and completed in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor equipment and generates repair orders.

Instruct kitchen sanitation staff in the proper performance of job duties.
Qualifications

Six (6) months of experience in the same or similar position preferred.

Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.

Must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 40 pounds.

Must be knowledgeable about kitchen and equipment cleaning and sanitizing standards and practices.

Must have excellent communication skills.

Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
