Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails and text messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of managed care and insurance verification processes
- Familiarity with medical office terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in office tasks such as coding, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
