Job Description: As the Midwest Regional Manager for PURUS, residing in the territory, you will be responsible for leading and managing our distribution/ channel partners within the Midwest region of the United States. Reporting to the VP Global Sales and Marketing, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position will work with Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations.
Midwest territory includes IL, IN, MI, IA, OH, WI, and MN
Responsibilities:
· Distribution/ Channel Partner Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective distribution/ channel partners in the Midwest region.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to distribution/ channel partners to ensure alignment with PURUS's sales objectives, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide technical expertise, product knowledge, and support to customers as needed. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with distribution/ channel partners to develop strategic business plans, set annual sales targets, and execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively.
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate distribution/ channel partners to achieve annual sales targets and maximize revenue opportunities across region.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Midwest region.
- Work closely with distribution/ channel partners to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities,
- Market Development:
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape within the cleanroom products market.
- Identify emerging opportunities and market segments for PURUS products.
- Work with distribution/ channel partners to penetrate new markets, expand customer base, potential product expansion to increase market share.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular (quarterly) sales reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics to track progress against targets and objectives.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in cleanroom products or related industries.
- Understanding of cleanroom standards, regulations, and industry practices.
- Proven track record of success in building and managing distribution channels, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
- Must reside in the territory.
- 40%-60% travel is required with possible overseas travel.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
