Job Responsibilities
We are looking for highly-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are goal-oriented and have a drive to meet and exceed expectations on a consistent basis. We are looking for people who possess excellent written and verbal skills. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
- Schedule repair for customers, either in person or over the phone
- Communicate with customers to determine the nature of their repair needs.
- Ensure that the required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Photograph the vehicle to support the damage for insurance.
- Update clients with repair progress and status accordingly.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
- Evaluate the vehicle thoroughly to determine the extent of damage and the need for repairs.
- Prepare estimates in accordance with Insurance partner and company guidelines.
- Communicate supplements to customers and insurance companies on the same business day as written.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Collision manager.
- Handle incoming internet and phone inquiries, and outbound phone calls and campaigns.
- Ensure all inquiries are followed up on in a timely manner to effectively maximize every opportunity.
- Gather accurate information, and manage and track all prospective clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to properly handle customer questions and requests.
- Properly handle inbound calls.
- Make 50+ quality outbound calls per day.
- Send 50+ emails daily.
- Set and monitor 20+ appointments daily.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives.
- Desire and ability to work in a performance and process-driven environment.

Hours:
The Collision Center is open during the following hours:
Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
