A Day in the Life of the Technical Administrative Coordinator:
- Design, plan, and coordinate implementation strategy. Be available to assist all teams in installation planning, knowledge access, site coordination and project tracking
- Assist manager as needed in researching any complaints received through franchise or right of way authorities. Assist with providing information to resolve issues as they arise. May be dependent on location
- Provide direct support and resolution for escalations, collaborating with the appropriate department(s) to ensure a positive outcome
- Provide exceptional customer service both internal and external
- Operate with a high degree of integrity and professionalism when dealing with customers, internal and external
- Assist department leadership with projects and provide research & data when needed
- Support deployment and provisioning processes, which include reviewing project pipelines for accuracy and complete information; submitting required documents to stakeholders; assigning work orders for repair and tracking
- Directly manage both internal and external repair queues, acting as a product liaison when needed
- Verify customer accounts for technicians and assist with field audit projects, running audit reports as needed
- Support day-to-day activities and provide administrative support for the technical department as needed
- Effectively communicate by telephone, written correspondence and in person
- Operate standard office equipment such as a personal computer, telephone, printer, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional office environment
- General cable and telecommunication experience preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Upbeat, friendly demeanor
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and the ability to learn other software programs
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed, possessing the ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent

The base hourly compensation range in Washington state for this position is $23.00- $26.00 per hour, plus opportunities for bonus and benefits. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities. It is specific to Washington state and may not be applicable to other locations.
