Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Community Manager with at least 3 years of experience. This role is perfect for a hard-working, energetic, and passionate individual ready to build and nurture a community from the ground up while managing and creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media and community-building strategies across various platforms.
- Advise in making high-quality, engaging content tailored to our community.
- Foster and grow an online community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive social media and community efforts.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates.
- Organize and execute social media and community-building campaigns and events.
- Meet with executives to create strategic plans and organize social media and community efforts as a whole.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or community management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to wear many hats.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and social media platforms is a plus.
