- Manage all front office duties, including answering calls, scheduling patients, collecting payments, and ensuring patient satisfaction during their visit.
- Coordinate patients' insurance benefits and discuss treatment costs for different specialties with patients prior to treatment.
- Utilize dental software for administrative tasks and maintain accurate medical records.
- Foster clear communication between doctors and back office staff to facilitate smooth patient care.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude to create a friendly environment for patients and colleagues.
- Ensure punctuality and professionalism in all interactions.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dental front office setting.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative tasks.
- Familiarity with software such as Open Dental or similar dental management systems.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology is advantageous.
