We are searching for a dynamic Clinical Application Support & Training Coordinator to join our Team!
What you do:
PE Practice Solutions platform is currently seeking candidates for our Clinical Application Support & Training Coordinator role reporting to the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in improving clinical and administrative workflows, while providing superior customer satisfaction through direct engagement with the physicians, administration, and staff at CDC facilities. The role will include cross department collaboration with MSO functional leaders, project management, and service lanes to advance strategic business objectives, EMR optimization, end user training, process improvements, and special projects.
With a focus on key areas of planning and execution, physician relations, staff development and supporting the CDC and PE Practice Solutions business objectives, the Clinical Application Support & Training Coordinator provides hands-on support of day-to-day practice/MSO operations across groups. Tracking and reporting on results is essential and, as such, meeting established timelines, operating within budget, and applying methods and messages deemed most effective is essential. This position requires the ability to act quickly, remain flexible and manage multiple priorities. Occasional travel is required as is the flexibility to work outside of regular business hours.
What you will be working on:
Clinical Applications
· Under the leadership of the Director or Operations lead/manage/support the following day-to-day activities:
· Connectwise Support Tickets
· Case Management
· Vendor Relations
· Relatient interface with gGastro
· In-person and/or remote delivery of training to CDC staff in collaboration with the Clinical Application Training Lead
· Product/Interface testing
· Other duties as assigned.
Process Improvement
· Lead/Support the ongoing evaluation and analysis of practices for developing best practice workflows.
· Participate in the evaluation of new technologies/interfaces to streamline EMR and MSO operations.
· Contribute to the creation/updating of operational policies and procedures.
· Actively collaborate and support the optimizing and streamlining of the EMR (e.g., clinical applications, standardization, enhancements, modifications, etc.)
Practice Diligence & Integration (D&I)
· Support practice integrations under the direction of the PMO and in coordination with the D&I team.
· Support EMR conversions as a sub-project to practice integrations.
· Provide expertise and support during the build and relocation of an existing location.
Project Management
· Engage in special projects and/or initiatives as a project team member as required (e.g., interface, ancillaries, technology, other)
· Actively develop project management skills and capabilities under the mentorship of the PMO
· Serve as direct contributor in organized project meetings.

What you know:
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience or knowledge:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in healthcare; GI experience a plus
· Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an MSO
· BS or equivalent college degree. Advanced education, MBA, MHA or other is a plus.
· Willingness to travel (overnight) up to 30% of the time
