Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, and entrees
- Create and develop new menu items based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and quality control of the kitchen
- Train and supervise all kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-Ability to staff kitchen accordingly to business needs.
- Proven experience as a Chef or Kitchen Manager in a professional kitchen
- Familiarity with various cooking styles and cuisines
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work well in a team setting-
