GREAT NEW restaurant looking for a strong AGM
Must have:
- Strong full-service, restaurant management employment track record
- Bar management and wine knowledge
- Event/private party experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance
- Ensure high-quality food service and dining experience for customers
- Implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management to control costs and minimize waste
- Coordinate banquet events and fine dining experiences
- Utilize POS system effectively for order processing and payment transactions
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
