The lead service technician will have responsibility for all mechanical and structural repairs and/ or replacements including interior and exterior carpentry, appliances, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems and pool maintenance.
Observing and reporting all repairs and maintenance needs to the property manager on a daily basis.
The lead service technician will have responsibility for implementing and maintaining a preventive maintenance program.
Complete all resident service requests within 24 hours of the office receiving the request from the resident.
The lead service technician will be responsible for all after hours emergency maintenance repairs. The lead service technician must response to these emergency calls in a timely manner to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents and to minimize any property damage that may be incurred. Rotating schedules are permitted among qualified personnel.
Maintaining all equipment and tools in good condition; maintaining an inventory of parts and supplies and notifying the property manager of parts and supply needs.
