Big Star Branding is one of the largest full service promotional products, custom apparel and t shirt screen printer businesses in Texas. We offer over a million branded products from the industries top brands and manufacturers. We've been in business since 1986.
We are seeking a mature professional to handle inbound calls, visitors and administrative tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- As the first impression of our business, professional dress and attitude are extremely important.
- Answer the phone and route calls during business hours.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested.
- Monitor website chat questions and route to appropriate branding specialist.
- Welcome walk-ins and route as needed.
- Assist customers picking up orders and document in CRM system.
- Assist branding specialist with quotes, presentations and other assistance as needed.
- Keep front desk environment neat and organized.
Background/experience
- Front desk experience handling callers and visitors
- Basic computer skills to perform administrative tasks.
- Must have good writing skills to represent our business in a professional manner.
- Gets along well in a team environment.
- Experience providing clerical support for marketing team is a plus.
- Experience with PowerPoint is a plus.
