The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a General Manager at an independent/ branded Hotel. They will be supporting a team and managing all facets of the operation of the hotel. They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Qualifications
- Must have Management and Hospitality Experience.
- Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
- Strong communications skills
