Instructional Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician
Hubbard Day, an accredited private special needs school, is hiring at its new 20,000 square foot waterfront campus and at other locations in Stamford. We are a rapidly growing full day alternative education program seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and motivated instructional assistants & Registered Behavior Technicians with experience with a variety of special needs students. Our ideal candidate should have experience implementing academic, ADL, and vocational programming for special needs students.
The higher range of salary is reserved for those who already have their RBT certification and experience implementing ABA under the supervision of a BCBA. But we can train you, if you are interested and willing to learn.

Responsibilities include:
- Implementing appropriate lessons with differentiation
- Assisting to maintain a structured classroom environment and daily routine
- Providing positive leadership for staff and students
- Collaborating with related service providers
- Implementing behavior analytic procedures developed by a behavior analyst
