We are looking for an experienced Hospitality Coordinator and Operator for our Client's Headquarters in downtown Nashville, TN. This individual will help shape an incredible hospitality experience for internal and external clients alike.
- Take Calls from internal clients regarding Maintenance needs, Meeting Coordination, and Directory Assistance.
- Communicate with Nashville and New York Teams via internal chat system (Slack).
- Communicate effectively within a small team of Hospitality Coordinators.
- Provide an unforgettable customer service experience for our guests and internal teams
- Communicate effectively with all departments and lines of business.
- Assist with Room Booking for High-Level Client meetings and Internal personnel
- Regularly check meeting spaces to insure cleanliness and functionality
- Report any Maintenance or Janitorial needs to the appropriate teams
- Communicate with Executive Chef and Dining Team
- Provide Coverage of our Lobby Concierge Desk, receiving guests and notifying their hosts upon arrival
- Become familiar with internal room booking, and workflow management systems.
- Lend support to Business Units as needed
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, especially in-person, high level, client interactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in event planning or hospitality industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
