Job Description:
VSA Prospecting, a best-in-class lead generation and appointment-setting firm since 2001, is looking for a dedicated Inbound CSR with solid experience in employee benefits. This role is vital to providing our clients with top-notch service and support while helping to expand our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering client inquiries, and providing comprehensive information about our services.

This position is 100% remote and requires a computer, desktop or laptop (with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and functioning webcam) and must be wired via ethernet for reliable internet connection. Must have a minimum internet speed of 25Mbps, a USB Headset with noise cancellation. The expected hours will be Monday to Friday from 12pm-8pm EST but may change depending on client needs. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. We offer paid training, and ongoing training is provided to all CSRs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customers regarding our services in the employee benefits sector.
2. Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Provide product and service information to customers.
4. Enter client information into the system and update existing client information.
5. Follow up on customer calls where necessary and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
6. Stay updated on employee benefits industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
2. Proven inbound call center experience, ideally within the employee benefits sector.
3. Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills.
4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
5. Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately and maintain a positive attitude.
6. Customer-focused and adaptable to different personality types.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
