Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements
- Provide general support to customers
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, emails, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain contact lists
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in communication with jurisdictions
Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in computerized systems
- Strong clerical skills including data entry and office management
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Professional phone etiquette
- Spanish+
- Basic knowledge of Roofing terms+

Pay: $18.00 - $21.41 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
