This position is for a full-time, goal-oriented, revenue-driven, highly accurate and motivated individual. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our overall client billing and accounts receivable performance. Your responsibilities will include establishing, implementing, and controlling billing and accounts receivable processes, as well as supervising staff. Your high personal and professional accountability will be instrumental in servicing our client's billing needs. Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Cycle Management, your duties will encompass a wide range of day-to-day operational responsibilities;
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Revenue Cycle Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, accounts receivable, and revenue integrity.
· Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of revenue cycle operations and ensure adherence to established benchmarks and goals.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue cycle.
· Denial Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize claim denials, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: At Zymeda Provider Solutions, Inc., we take compliance with federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards related to healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement very seriously. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations are always in line with these standards, giving our clients and stakeholders the confidence and security they need.

· Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue cycle data and trends to identify areas for improvement, evaluate financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
· Payer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with payers, including commercial insurers, government payers, and managed care organizations, to address reimbursement issues, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes.
· Technology Utilization: Evaluate and implement revenue cycle management technology solutions, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing software, and revenue cycle analytics tools, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
