BB Industries is one of the largest distributors in the stone industry. We supply stone fabricators with a variety of tools to move, cut, polish, and repair stone counter tops as well as other related items. We are currently seeking qualified salespeople to join our team in the following territories.

1 rep for Dallas, Texas
1 rep for Denver, Colorado
As a Sales Consultant for BBI, you will be strategically supplying customers with needed products in an assigned territory that consist of existing customers while also focusing on developing new customer relationships to further your base growth. Our ideal candidate will have previous sales experience preferably in the stone fabrication industry, have the capability of using consultative selling techniques to determine exact customer needs while having excellent customer service skills.
Sales Consultant Job Responsibilities:
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on fabrication facilities in a company provided van.
- Manage local inventory to ensure all required products are available in tool van.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Using customary
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results in relation to budgetary goals and initiatives.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of stone/stone tooling industry sales experience or relevant sales experience is in a corresponding industry (home improvement, construction) is required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Stone fabrication experience is preferred
- Must have valid US driver’s license and be a US citizen
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
- Some overnight travel will be required.
- Ability to drive a utility van for business services and have a clean driving record.
