We are interviewing for a fantastic opportunity for the position of Director Of First Impressions - BDC Consultant
Responsibilities include but are not excluded to:
- Answering all incoming calls for all departments and transferring when and where appropriate
- Maintaining a clear, professional and pleasant tone at all times
- Interacting and welcoming guests when you are on the showroom floor
- Creating Appointments for Service Clients
- Executing outbound call campaigns
- Confirming Sales Prospect information on Phone-ups and entering data in CRM
- Active communications with Sales & Service management
- Phone follow-up with clients who are being surveyed to ensure complete satisfaction
- Proper use of text reminders
- Maintain and monitor customer follow-up
- Assorted data entry tasks as assigned
- Complete Mercedes-Benz Training Program
- Ongoing training for the MBOFMC culture and pillars and processes
This is an hourly position 40 hours a week - and hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday between hours of 9AM-7PM. Occasional Saturdays.
Sunday - OFF
1 hour lunches
