Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, including managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. On the Administrative side you will be greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, handling inquiries electronically, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to speak and understand Spanish is required.
