- Manage the overall student billing process, including recording payments and making deposits.
- Follow-up on outstanding receivables.
- Manage financial aid process and maintain records.
- Handle weekly Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Purchasing, including placing orders with vendors and maintenance of records.
- Responsible for maintaining all insurance policies, including but not limited to liability, workman’s compensation, D&O, and health insurance.
- Responsible for enrollment of eligible employees for insurance policies and assisting employees with questions.
- Facilities project management.
- Answering phones and greeting visiting customers and vendors in a professional manner
- Maintaining complete and current personnel files for all employees
- Liaison for building management.
- Responsible for maintaining employee records and providing updated information regarding insurance, COBRA, taxes, and policies.
- Maintain central office filing system.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
