The Office Administrator serves as the first point of contact and provides administrative support for the Regional Support Center. The position requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, show initiative, use good judgment in problem solving, and demonstrate successful organizational skills, to assume responsibility and achieve results. The Office Administrator will be a resource to staff, clients and leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide telephone and e-mail support to Commonwealth employees and agents.
· Sets up new agents/remove agents: e-mail, company software, company website, maintaining detailed files.
· Prepares reports as needed/requested.
· Maintains day to day office responsibilities; orders and maintains supplies, arranges for equipment maintenance, keeps common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, and supply closet) stocked and clean; etc.
· Responds to Manager Requests providing support in multiple areas as needed.
· Keep updated telephone contact information of company employees/offices; set up new company employees: e-mail, accounts, etc.
· Support websites used by company.
· Maintains Training: Develops Schedule, Registrations, Certificates, etc.
· Maintains company e-mail list, e-mail addresses, and e-mail support.
· Maintains payments and accounts for associated company websites and accounts.
· Provides support to HR department as needed
- Responsible for assisting with various activities done within the company, such as the company events, lunches for meetings, etc.
· Answers multi-line telephone and responds to customer inquiries, routing calls to the appropriate location (as needed).
· Greets and directs visitors (as needed).
· Responsible for incoming/outgoing office mail, including e-mail and faxes.
· Adhere to operational management systems, processes, and best practices. Identify areas for improvement
· Follow strategic and operations objectives
· Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Associates degree required; BS/BA strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in a prior administrative role required (internship or college work applicable).
- Positive, friendly and resourceful demeanor required.
- Exemplary track record of reliability.
- Able to manage projects/priorities in a fast-paced working environment.

- Excellent computer skills (high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
