- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Provide excellent guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
