Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. This person will handle all accounting functions such as: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Track, monitor and complete invoicing (follow employee timecards), as well as track and monitor basic expenses.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial data
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
-Other office duties as assigned
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is a must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of clerk duties
- Familiarity with vendor management
- Understanding of office operations
- Proficiency in all QuickBooks software
