Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. This position requires a diverse skill set encompassing various office tasks as well as a desire to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, responding to emails, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of common Microsoft and other office software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with accounting and business terminology is an advantage
