Seiden Law LLP, a fast-growing litigation boutique in Manhattan, is seeking an office manager to work with the marketing and operations team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who desire to be a part of the growth of a rapidly expanding litigation firm.
Duties include:
- Perform data entry tasks
- Resolve basic IT issues such as with Microsoft 365
- Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Help receive incoming deliveries and mail
- Take calls, messages, and route correspondence
- Greet guests and offer refreshments
- Help monitor office inventory and files
- Make photocopies or scan documents
- Assist in onboarding new hires
- Help with expense reporting
- Assist Chief Strategy Officer in coordinating new business functionality
- Help with any other tasks from Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Experience at law firm
- Computer literacy
- Skilled writer for a professional setting
- Terrific communication skills, verbal and written
- Received bachelor’s degree
- Prior work experience minimum of 2 years
- Problem solver, able to think creatively and critically
- Fast typer (at least 50-60 wpm)
- Organized and efficient
- Understands triage
- Flexible multitasker
- Dedicated, proactive, and motivated
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
