**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food production, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the food industry. **Duties:** - Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring food production meets quality standards, and maintaining inventory control. - Oversee cash handling and manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting and accounting. - Implement and maintain efficient shift management systems to ensure optimal staffing levels and minimize labor costs. - Maintain a high level of food safety and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. - Supervise food preparation and production, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards. - Manage the restaurant's inventory, ordering supplies and products as needed. - Manage and maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and storage areas. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. - Manage the restaurant's staff, including recruiting, training, and mentoring new employees. - Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. - Perform other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant. **Requirements:** - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in the food industry, with a strong background in food production and safety. - Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of employees. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. - Proficiency in cash handling and inventory control. - Knowledge of the food industry and its regulations, including food safety and quality standards. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. - Experience with bartending and providing exceptional customer service. - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred. - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
