Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our colleagues who deal with our existing and potential members. The QA will review inbound and outbound calls as well as member records to assess colleague’s demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in continued development, creation and implementation of quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training as needed to enhance the overall member experience. Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs call/record audits and provides trend data reports to the leadership team.
- Uses quality monitoring platform to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Provides actionable data to consistently document and equip leaders to improve performance.
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions between colleagues and their direct leadership.
- Ensure consistent and reliable selection of records and experiences for review using a documented methodology focusing efforts for the greatest impact
- Provides feedback to colleague leadership.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-3 years’ healthcare Quality Assurance
- Previous experience leading and designing Quality Programs a plus
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care.
- Must be self-motivator and self-starter.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills.
- Solid time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels of the Company.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word) and web-based applications.
- Strong data/spreadsheet management experience required
- High regard for security standards, regulatory standards, and quality control
- Must be able to type 40 wpm
- Ability to ensure confidentiality of all patients and other relevant information under HIPAA Guidelines
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Bi-lingual a plus.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of web-based tools and the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to use conventional office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving software. Excel mastery is preferred as demonstrated through pivot tables, macros, and other advanced functions.
