Responsibilities:

Collaborate across Product, Distributed, and Quality Engineering teams

Lead development by planning resources, skills, and processes for project success

Ensure on-time, high-quality code delivery within budget

Manage and plan resources effectively

Champion software development best practices and ensure adherence to processes

Facilitate code releases and support testing efforts
Qualifications/Background Profile:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or another related field

10+ years related experience
-
5 years of related experience in a management capacity

Knowledge of Unisys Clearpath MCP Systems, secure development practices, and SDLC
-
Experience with COBOL, ALGOL, and Workflow Language (WFL) with corresponding ability to develop solutions on a Unisys Clearpath MCP mainframe environment

Experience with Unisys Clearpath MCP Development Environment- System/Editor, CANDE, NX/Webstation (WebEnabler), NX/Services, Programmer’s Workbench

Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
