Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Digital Media
Job Summary:
Endurance is seeking a high-performing, self-driven Senior Marketing Manager with a knack for Paid Digital Media to spearhead our dynamic team. Steering campaigns with precision to amplify brand visibility, engagement, and ROI—an expert in crafting compelling strategies, optimizing ad spend, and leveraging analytics for impactful results. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute robust paid digital (SEM, Paid Social) strategies to boost brand visibility, recognition and the ability to optimize our marketing spend to generate leads.
- Partnering with agencies and steering to manage paid media on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Programmatic Display.
- Target maximizing ROI on all customer acquisition activity on our website and landing pages.
- Ability to generate data-driven decisions through continuous testing and learning.
- Lead and execute CRO strategy and A/B testing to achieve web lead and sales goals.
- Use ad platforms and third-party tools like KIP, Google Analytics, and Power BI to generate insights and action plans to boost KPIs and monthly revenue while addressing attribution challenges
- High passionate problem solver with strong creative and analytical skills
- Consistent track record of delivering measurable growth through testing & optimization.
- Managing the execution, optimization, measurement and reporting for all paid channels to drive direct to website, landing pages or inbound phone calls.
- Understand paid digital marketing best practices and readily contribute to overarching marketing strategies to ensure success.
- Manage full-funnel marketing strategies ensuring lead growth, demand, and call volume.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 5-7 years minimum DTC SEM/Digital
- Proficient in excel (Piviot tables, V-lookups, etc)
- Strong management skills and ability to adapt to change and continually evolve skills to meet the ever-changing needs of the digital industry
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital trends, best practices and measuring campaigns against KPIs
- Expertise with Google Analytics, Power BI and other analytical tools
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Own iterative optimization mindset that informs tactical execution and performance
- Exemplary written oral communication skills and exceptional relationship building skills to inspire collaboration & action
