As a Quality Assurance Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our call center agents and field technicians are providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate call center representatives and technicians to ensure that everyone are adhering to company policies and procedures

Provide feedback on areas of improvement and recognize areas of excellence

Provide support to call center by addressing escalated calls and cancellations

Process damage claims and customer complains

Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to management
