Lockhart Management & Consulting, LLC is seeking an energetic, organized individual to support the corporate office as well as employees of the company. This full-time, hourly position's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: record keeping, assisting with payroll processing, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual human resources reports, scheduling employee trainings, confidentiality, answering phones, maintaining a well-organized office environment, receiving visitors, mail distribution, preparing outgoing mail, preparing bank deposits and delivering to banks, office supply ordering, lunch ordering, phone system administration, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work independently. Candidates for the position will be outgoing, motivated, able to complete tasks on time, professional in demeanor, customer service oriented, have the ability to multitask and learn new tasks quickly, and be detail oriented. Reports to the President, Vice President or Director of Accounting as directed. Works cooperatively with other members of the team. Proficiency of Windows-based programs including, but not limited to, Word and Excel. Must be able to learn new Windows-based programs efficiently. Must have own vehicle insured to Company standards and be able to pass a drug test. Ability to grasp new tasks and routines quickly.
