The PM sous chef oversees all aspects of the kitchen operation during the hours they are there. They are responsible for accomplishing prep quality for the restaurant + boats, putting up the order, unifying and leading the BOH staff as one kitchen, controlling food cost + cleanliness and labor. In addition, the sous chef works in concert with the Executive Chef to train, retain and inspire BOH staff as well as problem solve on a regular basis. The Sous Chef reports directly to the Executive Chef.
The PM Sous Chef acts as the Expo or Line Cook during dinner service 5 nights a week
$25 an hour plus an extra $3-$5 an hour in tips
Must have at least 3 years of kitchen experience.
