We're currently seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team and contribute to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Assist lead installer in all HVAC system installations; be efficient and accurate.
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
- Assist in properly staging jobs, adhering to quality checklist.
- Support lead installer in maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations.
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of applicable installation and venting codes
- Clean, safe driving record
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in the elements/weather.
- Lifting, transporting, adjusting heavy objects and equipment 75 – 100 pounds
- Bend, twist, climb, squat, reach; work in confined spaces; climb ladders.
- Ability to stand up and sit down for extended periods of time.
- Observe and comply with all relevant health & safety regulations and associated policy and procedures.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- 1 years of HVAC experience preferred in performing tasks associated with the installation of equipment and duct work
- Reliable transportation required
- High School or equivalency preferred
- Trade School and/or Apprentice License for local jurisdiction
License/Certification:
- EPA Type II (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
