Summary:
The Project Manager acts as a representative of the company. The main role is overseeing the Dock and Door projects that the Sales and Service Departments sell. Works closely with the Sales Coordinator and the FSM to make sure the department meets the customers’ expectations
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all installation projects until complete
- Make sure that all equipment, materials, and tools are available for service
- Coordinate equipment, tools, etc., to be on jobsite in at the time of service
- Obtain Service approval when needed
- Review General Contractor status requirements and adjust as needed
- Attend general Contractor meetings as required
- Prepare Safety plans and Job Hazard Analysis as required
- Keep working document of ship dates and track products
- Ability to help with offloads, finding equipment, and sourcing materials
- Keep records of job numbers and details to completion
- Perform final job survey for quality control
- Call in for final inspections
- All other duties as assigned
STARTING PAY: $35.00/PER HOUR DOE
