Job Description: Customer Service Representative (Remote)
Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle incoming calls from individuals/tourists/professionals in the Nevada region seeking information about fixed-route transit services, including route details, tracking, and scheduling. You will be equipped with all necessary tools and software to provide accurate transit information quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls with accurate information about transit routes, schedules, and tracking.
- Utilize provided tools and software to assist callers effectively.
- Maintain a kind and positive attitude throughout interactions.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling various customer service scenarios.
Qualifications:
- Basic customer service skills.
- A positive and kind demeanor.
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations.
- Preferred experience in call centers, including overnight and night shifts.
