The Supply Manager will be responsible to work with Refined Products Trader for the procurement of distillates and gasolines to supply Windstar wholesale and retail business units. Execute hedge strategies defined for that activity, while maintaining and developing relationships with producers and suppliers. The successful candidate will have commercial skills, analytical skills and desirable trading, blending and supply experience. Experience in NatGas marketing and Trading strongly preferred.
Qualifications
· Knowledge of price/pricing concepts & structure
· At least 5+ years of experience in Oil Trading related Business, with experience in one or more of the following areas required: Trading, Blending, Trading operations, physical (Pipe, Rail, Truck, Waterborne).
· Deep focus on the US and LATAM markets, and knowledge of market flows that affect those markets. Mexico experience preferred.
· Understanding of refinery schemes and processes, shipping / chartering activity, blending/storage operations will be of value
· Deep understanding of regional supply options, product specification and overall supply values to optimize value added to P&L
· Proven commercial relationship with refiners, blenders and suppliers to achieve best supply options in a safe and responsible manner
· Ability to work in a multi-cultural, open and fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities
· Supply Manager will be responsible for the supplying of distillates and gasolines for wholesale and retail operations and executing the hedge strategies defined for that activity, while growing a book of business for NatGas.
· PADD 3, 4 and 5 knowledge of suppliers, buyers and logistics preferred
· Individual will be involved in negotiating and executing logistic necessities to efficiently move supply from origin to destination
· Collaborate with operations to manage physical inventories consistent with supply requirements and financial market structure
· Understands the flows and activity of relevant refiners, suppliers and traders
· Analyzes the market and build strategies either in physical or paper to maximize P&L profitability
· Develop and maintain business relationships with key counterparties and market players (i.e. producers, refiners, traders and end-users to keep informed of market development and opportunities
· Active participation a team P&L value generation
· Develop good risk management and understanding of implied exposure and optimality within contracts and the overall book of business
· Provide accurate information to the management and key people in the company to facilitate decision making and reach the goals marked by the strategic plan
· Programing EPA evaluations to meet expectations and comply with federal policies including conducting RINs evaluation to execute trades to improve profitability
· Design and help to design hedge strategies for physical positions
· Communicate with management and sales team in Windstar, particularly in Mexico
· Negotiate payment terms, title transfers and all key contract items for supply agreements
· Network and maintain relationships with key suppliers and end users
· Back up for NGL book of business
