Overview
The Bank of New York Mellon seeks a Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer II in New York, NY, to consult with internal business groups to provide appropriate application software development services or technical support. Provide application software development services or technical support in more complex situations. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Building complex integrations between Salesforce and other applications using API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk); Implementing salesforce features using APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, Communities, Custom Development, Process Builder, Approval Process, Data Security model, Triggers, Visualforce, Flow, Reports, Dashboards, and Dynamic forms; Developing custom analytics and data visualization applications using Python on CRM Data Analytics and writing queries on RDBMS including Oracle and MS SQL; Developing applications using Salesforce’s standard development tooling including CLI, Data Loader, VS Code, and Salesforce Extensions including Streamlining Application Lifecycle Management using DevOps with tools including Ant, SFDX and Gearset; Extracting, transforming, and loading data with tools including Informatica, and MuleSoft; Performing integration tests using Postman, SoapUI and Request bin tools; and Architecting cloud-based solutions with AWS, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Force.com, and third-party AppExchange solutions.
