Role Overview:
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our extensive range of seating solutions. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a talented team, engage with diverse clients, and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the restaurant, hospitality, and related industries
- Reach out to prospects via phone, and email to introduce Seating Hub’s products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and quotes for prospective clients
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to delivery of goods, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the furniture or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools are a plus
