Glo Resources is currently looking to hire an experienced Project Cost Analyst/ Estimator.
The ideal candidate will be able to work out one of the following offices: Houston or Midland, Texas.
The rate of pay is depending on experience between $88k-$137k annually.
Schedule: Monday-Friday with potential overtime.

Summary: The Project Cost Analyst will oversee the coordination, review, design, modeling, estimation, and economic evaluation of prospective Company projects. This role involves collecting and analyzing historical, trending, and prospective data to predict the profitability, costs, and capital requirements for potential projects within the Company's operational divisions. Additionally, the Project Cost Analyst will prepare, oversee, and review all facility, pipeline, and pump hydraulic models to support both current and future operations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead developer for ongoing preliminary economic assessments and project estimations for prospective Company projects.
- Regularly update modeling assumptions for data analysis and project estimation purposes.
- Collaborate with executives and managers within the Finance and Accounting team to refine and enhance current estimation models, improving their communication and value to other divisions.
- Work closely with operations leadership to understand and continuously improve models for project estimation.
- Partner with the Business Development team to evaluate new project proposals and assist in predicting the time, cost, and resources required for project completion using relevant data.
- Coordinate with Land, Legal, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure project estimations leverage the most current data available on resource availability and associated costs.
- Develop facility-level hydraulic models for all hydraulic and mechanical systems.
- Ensure projects meet financial targets and completion deadlines.
- Enforce and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Water Treatment, construction, energy services, or related industry experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hydro CAD, and ArcGIS is a plus
