At Harter Strength & Conditioning, our goal is to provide the best personal training and small group workouts in our area. As a Strength & Conditioning facility, the foundation of our program is performance training. Our goal is to improve our members and clients physical performance. Our workouts are designed to enhance strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, balance, and flexibility. These principles are applied to improve overall health and fitness as well as atheletic performance.
At our gym we work as a team. Unlike many gyms you will not compete for sales or clients. We work together to help all of our clients and members as a team of coaches. Each studio has a head Strength & Conditioning coach that is responsible for assisting the training staff with programming, coaching techniques, and general training education. As a result you will have many opportunities to learn and improve as a coach on our team. We are very supportive of our coaches and our goal is to set our staff up for success.
