Job Description:
- Identify and source quality and diverse candidates through multiple venues such as job boards, industry-specific sites, college and university campus job fairs and contacts, social media outlets, and other sourcing means.

Assist with the development of job descriptions if needed and create and post all open positions.

Interview with candidates to evaluate their technical qualifications for assignments through phone and in-person interviews.

Hire qualified candidates for the Branch Operations after completing pre-employment tests, drug screens, applicant background checks, and obtaining required documentation.

Build professional relationships with customers, employees, and staff.

Maintain employee files and paperwork.

Assist with data entry and payroll.
Job Requirements
- 0-5 years of experience in staffing or recruitment. Entry level are encouraged to apply.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Computer proficiency, including proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) products.

Excellent research and follow-up skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible work schedule.
