Administrative Support Specialist
The Arc Westchester, a leading social services agency in Westchester County, is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to coordinate and support various services with different vendors and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of programs within the organization.
The Administrative Support Specialist will report to the Purchasing Supervisor and work closely with all members of the Administration team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various services through various vendors, like Cablevision, Broadview, Verizon and others.
- This includes monthly reporting, analysis of utilization, tracking, and updating various information as needed.
- This position is also responsible for maintaining and reporting on all property related grants documents, sending NYSARC transactions including Board Resolutions, and other important documents.
- Cellphone maintenance, ordering and updating all agency cellphones.
- Analyze the loss run for all properties and vehicles on a monthly basis.
- Reviewing utilities bills, electric, natural gas, phones, internet, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Work experience in customer service, administration or related field preferred.
- High level of organizational skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and other related software programs
- High level of general computer skills
- Ability to relate to all levels of employees
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
