Requirements:
- Must have at least 2-4 years experience in property management.
- Must have experience as a Property Manager.
- Be able to multitask as the only office staff onsite (other than maintenance)
- Must be organized and a quick learner.
- Need to be punctual and reliable.
- Must be comfortable with computers and management software like: Yardi, Entrata, Onesite.
- Background check is mandatory.
- Be able to pass a drug screen.
Compensation:
- This is a salary position and the salary amount will vary D.O.E.

Job Description:
Management Software: Appfolio (Training will be available)
- Touring prospective residents daily (there is a leasing agent as well).
- Receive and post rent checks (No cash is accepted for safety).
- Helping manage marketing sites like posting on apartments.com (pretty simple to do).
- Take work orders daily and ensure emergencies are handled immediately.
- Oversee daily operations for the staff and community.
- Enter invoices into Appfolio.
- Walk the property daily.
