As a Marketing Analyst Manager, you are a key member of our COO Marketing Analytics team. In this role, you will own the data for key areas of Docusign demand pipeline and marketing and will act as our “source of truth” as it pertains to our metrics. Your data and insights will help us constantly optimize our GTM, and they will also help us answer the most pressing issues of our strategy and leadership teams.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the GTM Strategy & Analytics Director.

Act as our subject matter expert and primary driver of marketing spend efficiency insights, including attribution and MROI analyses

Own regular and ad-hoc analyses into our lead funnel performance including overall metric tracking, performance attainment, lead source optimization, and scoring and routing

Partner with our strategy teams to measure and advise in key initiatives such as lead scoring changes

Leverage SQL to develop datasets in Snowflake, create Tableau dashboards, and maintain minor manual reporting

Enable and onboard cross functional teams, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot reported dashboard issues to ensure data is accurate and insights are actionable

Develop an intimate knowledge of our data and own the end to end insights lifecycle
Hybrid:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

BA or BS degree in a business or quantitative field

8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Marketing Analytics roles

Fluent in SQL, with knowledge of relational databases and data warehouses

Past experience working in marketing attribution or marketing mix analytics

Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other analysis tools

Expertise managing large datasets

Experience in a B2B SaaS company

Proficient with Salesforce

Diligent, with rigorous attention to detail

Experience with Alteryx or data workflow automation

Proven track-record in fast paced environments
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary
Illinois: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary
Washington: $116,500.00 - $168,200.00base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and
benefits.
