As a Sales Representative at Krannich Solar, you're the crucial link between our customers and the inside sales team in Oceanside, CA. Your job is to acquire new business opportunities in your area and keep in touch with our current clients. With your sales experience in solar, distribution, or wholesale, you're skilled at exceeding goals and achieving success.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B) within your assigned area.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
- Reach out to customers in a proactive way, making calls and acquisition daily.
- Conducting visits with your key customers
- Monitor retention and manage customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed your monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Use our CRM system effectively to meet our goals for activity and forecasting.
- Working closely with the inside sales support team and the CEO in Oceanside, CA.
- Share predictions about future sales to help decide what to buy and grow our client base.
- Stay updated on product advancements, industry news, and local trends.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with our vendor partners.
- Stay connected with key members from other departments to ensure an efficient collaboration and information exchange.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced in B2B Sales (specializing in solar, distribution, or wholesale sectors).
- Flourishes in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with an upbeat and energetic demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and manage client portfolios exceeding $1 million in monthly turnover.
- Preferably equipped with a solid understanding of the solar industry, its products, and market dynamics.
- Thrives as an enthusiastic team player with a relentless drive for success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are given.
- Proficient in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Dependable and adaptable, committed to seeing tasks through completion.
