Coming into this role, our Sales Account Associate should expect to work hands-on with new consumer bases to explain the benefits of our clients technology. The transition to such advanced technology can be overwhelming to consumers. Our Sales Account Associates do a remarkable job explaining new services and troubleshooting concerns that may arise to ensure a seamless transition. Sales Account Associate Responsibilities:
- Identify consumer's current services and inform them of potential upgrades from our new services
- Show excellent customer service skills by being friendly, approachable, and professional during the entirety of the consulting process
- Cover various territories and adjust to the needs of different consumers bases by understanding available coverage of our campaigns and partnerships
- Assist executive level account managers in daily tasks regarding installation, payment plans, and advertising strategies
- Finalize sales for various phone, internet, and cable plans and maintain a relationship with the client throughout the entirety of the process
- Handle customer concerns and complaints by offering a variety of other plans/options to meet their needs to the utmost satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of the company and its growth by vocalizing new ideas and being an active team member in consultations and meetings
Sales Account Associate Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional work experience in Management, Leadership, Consulting, Sales, Account Management, or Client Services
- Proficient time management skills, including being punctual, adaptable, and problem-solving efficiently
- Ambitious and driven personality with the ability to negotiate and close sales as needed
- A passion for to build relationships with a wide range of individuals and the willingness to go the extra mile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of the current telecommunications landscape and the urge to develop a larger skillset in the field overall
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,558.84 - $53,662.26 per year
