One of the largest credit unions in the Pittsburgh region is looking to expand into the South Hills area! We’re looking for an Account/Member Servicing Representative with a passion to deliver member service excellence and help build an anticipated new footprint for Armco Credit Union.
At a time when financial institutions are merging, Armco Credit Union continues to achieve milestones and is well positioned to continue expanding for decades to come. Established in 1935, we believe in integrity for our members at all costs, which includes eliminating the sales culture present in many banks to focus instead on what is best for our members’ needs.
In particular, this Account Servicing Representative would be responsible for:
- Learning the processes of another existing credit union as well as Armco, and assisting with the implementation of change.
- Opening and closing accounts, including checking, savings, youth, UTMA, certificates of deposit, traditional and Roth IRAs, and business accounts.
- Processing a wide variety of loan requests, including but not limited to auto, personal, home equity, lines of credit, recreational vehicles, and manufactured homes. This includes setting up loan closings and communication of approvals/denials.
- Servicing member questions, such as online banking, BillPay, ordering checks, fraud disputes, ACH/wire transfers, decedent accounts, and much more.
- Maintaining accurate account records
- Establishing lasting financial relationships to ensure comfort and consistency.
- Directing and recommending members to the best financial product to fit their needs.
